Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing and supporting Salesforce applications, implementing OmniStudio solutions, and leading technical initiatives. Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (Grants Management) is highly preferred., * Design, develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using:

  • Apex
  • Triggers
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Flow
  • Visualforce
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs and middleware.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership to development teams.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate technical requirements.
  • Perform impact analysis and participate in solution and design reviews.
  • Support Salesforce administration activities, including user management, security, automation, data management, and reporting.
  • Manage application deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Ensure development follows organizational coding standards, best practices, and governance policies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio.
  • 5+ years of experience with:
  • Apex
  • Triggers
  • Batch Apex
  • Salesforce APIs
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II) is required.
  • Experience developing Experience Cloud sites.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft.
  • Experience with Salesforce deployment and DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, Git, or similar CI/CD platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and related Salesforce tools.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills., * 6 months to 1 year of experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (Grants Management).
  • Experience implementing or migrating solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation.
  • Ability to lead teams in resolving issues related to Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation products.
