Job description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in OmniStudio (Vlocity) to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience, deep knowledge of the OmniStudio suite, and the ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems while adhering to best practices and platform standards., * Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and enhancements using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform technologies.
- Build and maintain OmniStudio solutions, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Calculation Procedures/Matrices.
- Develop and optimize Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Create and maintain declarative automation solutions using Salesforce Flows.
- Design scalable data models and ensure adherence to Salesforce security, sharing, and visibility requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices, including version control and CI/CD processes.
- Support application deployments using Salesforce DX, Git, change sets, and other deployment tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with significant recent experience focused on OmniStudio (Vlocity).
- Proven production-level experience with:
- FlexCards
- OmniScripts
- DataRaptors
- Integration Procedures
- Calculation Procedures and Calculation Matrices
- Strong proficiency in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Apex Triggers
- Salesforce data model and architecture
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals, including:
- Security model
- Sharing and visibility settings
- Governor limits
- Declarative automation using Flows
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications through REST and SOAP web services.
- Hands-on experience with source control and deployment tools, including Git, Salesforce DX, Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines.
Required Certifications
- Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and scalable application architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
