Endpoint Support Engineer (Windows & macOS)

We’re looking for a strong Endpoint Engineer to support and evolve our Windows and macOS environments (Windows-first). This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable working in modern, security-focused enterprise environments., * A user reports their laptop is “running slow.” What are the first three things you check?

• A user says they aren’t receiving emails from a specific external sender. Walk me through how you’d investigate this
• You are working on a high-priority ticket for an executive, but a “walk-up” user interrupts you with a non-urgent issue. How do you handle it?
• Give me an example of how you’ve used an AI tool to complete a task.

• Manage and secure Windows and macOS endpoints (Windows primary)
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Intune and Entra ID
• Build, deploy, and maintain endpoint configurations, policies, and standards
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint and identity issues
• PowerShell or automation experience
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve productivity
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong Windows endpoint engineering experience
• Solid macOS administration
• Deep familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Intune
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to document, explain, and defend technical decisions

$18 - $35 an hour - Full-time, Contract, Job Types: Full-time, Contract
