Yield/Integration Engineer

Here’s the Gist: The Yield/Integration Engineer will support the Mohawk Valley Products flow setup and yield improvements. The person in this role will work on complex problems and drive consensus and solutions in response to critical events. Additionally, they will be responsible for building out yield improvement plans and implementing the same.

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Equivalent

• Understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment and processes and their interactions

• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal skills.

• Able to adjust to changing priorities, schedules, business needs.

• Experience in design of experiments, statistical analysis, and process control, including a passion for data analysis.

The posted salary range is what Wolfspeed reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual pay for a hired applicant will be determined based on the individual’s job-relevant qualifications, experience, and other determinative factors. In the event it is determined that a different job level upon hire is warranted then that range will be communicated to the hired applicant as soon as reasonably practicable.

Compensation Range:

$77,000.00 - $106,000.00
