Information Systems Specialist 2-Data Tester

Are you an experienced Data Tester comfortable with attending testing team meetings to present results and discuss testing plans? This position may be for you! Galt Foundation is seeking experienced Data Testers in Portland, OR., * Tests developed user stories for system development and operations.

• Utilize testing practices that meet business needs and provide value to the business.
• Participates and provides input to the team around testing and bugs.
• Conduct functional/non-functional, manual, negative, positive, limit, compatibility, and other forms of testing daily, documenting results.
• Attend testing team meetings to discuss testing plans assigned work, and results of testing.
• Participate in vendor software demonstrations of application deployments of user stories, change requests, and bug discussions.
• Ensure system security practices are followed. Protecting all PII/PHI data located in testing environments.
• Report issues found while testing, by providing steps taken, images and be prepared to discuss during our meetings with other testers and vendors.
