Benefits & conditions

We’re building software that helps people recover after one of the worst days of their lives.

HelpAfterAccident is building the platform that modernizes accident recovery by connecting patients, doctors, attorneys, and real-time guidance into one seamless experience.

We’re looking for a founding engineer who wants to build something that matters. Rideshare or dual sided platform dev experience (e.g. Uber, Lyft, Zocdoc, etc) step to the front!

Reality Check

This is a founding-stage startup. Initial compensation is modest while we build but includes IMMEDIATE impressive performance and conversion bonuses and opportunity for permanent role, market value compensation increase within 30-45 days and employee equity share ownership.

It isn’t for everyone.

The pace is fast.

Resources are limited.

Everyone wears multiple hats.

You’ll work directly with the founders.

You’ll have real ownership from day one.

If you’re looking for a comfortable corporate job, this isn’t it.

If you’re excited about building something from the ground up…

Keep reading., Initial compensation is modest while we invest every available dollar into building the company.

As we execute our growth plan-and if our planned funding milestones are achieved-we expect to expand responsibilities and compensation quickly. Exceptional contributors may have opportunities for permanent roles with increased compensation within approximately 30-60 days.

We’re building a company-not filling seats.

Why HelpAfterAccident?

Build something meaningful.

Move fast.

Own your work.

Help shape a company from day one.

We’re Hiring Immediately!

Applications are reviewed as they arrive.

Interviews begin immediately.

Decisions are made quickly.

If you’re a builder who wants to help create something that should already exist…

Pay: From $500.00 per month

People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply

Application Question(s):

    1. What have you built that best represents who you are as an engineer?

Share a GitHub repository, app, website, AI project, automation, or anything you’re proud of.

  1. What’s the hardest technical problem you’ve ever solved? We’re more interested in how you think than what language you used.

  2. If you joined our team on Monday, what would you build to the garage or improve first-and why?

  3. We have 8 days before customers come to the platform. How would you attack relaunching in 8 days? Would you get it done?
