Job description

Salesforce powers some of the world’s most complex business ecosystems - and the developers behind those implementations are in high demand. We are looking for a Salesforce Developer who is eager to build, customize, and optimize Salesforce solutions that drive real business value across sales, service, and operations functions.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components

Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation

Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions

Perform data migrations, data modeling, and maintain data integrity within Salesforce org

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities across sandbox and production environments

Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and platform best practices

Requirements

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

3-5 years of experience (including internships, academic projects, or Trailhead projects)

Basic understanding of Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud or Service Cloud

Familiarity with Apex programming and Lightning Web Components

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts

Good to Have

Salesforce Platform Developer I or Administrator certification (or currently pursuing)

Experience with Salesforce integration tools like MuleSoft or Informatica

Exposure to DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset for Salesforce deployments

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA

Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud

Strong Trailhead profile or real-world Salesforce project portfolio
