Job description

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Developer to lead the design, development, and integration of the Salesforce ecosystem. The role involves bridging declarative configuration and programmatic development, working closely with administrators, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions aligned with business requirements., * Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  • Design and implement Salesforce API-based integrations with internal and external systems
  • Build declarative solutions including Flows, approval processes, custom metadata, batch jobs, reports, and dashboards
  • Collaborate with architects to define technical design and build proof of concepts (POCs)
  • Configure security model including roles, permissions, sharing rules, and queues
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, data security, and governance standards
  • Develop and maintain test classes; support QA and production troubleshooting
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support DevOps and CI/CD processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • 5+ years of Salesforce (Force.com) development experience
  • 3+ years of programming experience in Apex, Java, C#, or JavaScript
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)
  • Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Lightning, and JavaScript
  • Solid understanding of OOAD, SDLC, and database design
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Metadata APIs)
  • Experience with system integration and ETL processes
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Requires active/past secret clearance, * Candidates with a CompTIA Security+ certification are highly preferred; candidates without the certification must be willing to obtain it within 30 days of accepting the offer
  • Experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps (Flosum preferred)
  • Knowledge of SSO and Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and client-facing communication

Benefits & conditions

  • $85,000-160,000 per year
