Requirements

  • Experience leading Agile development teams of 5 10 technical staff, managing development sprints, mentoring and coaching developers, promoting code quality best practices, and conducting effective code reviews.
  • Experience developing enterprise applications using Java, Spring Framework, Spring Security, and JPA/Hibernate, with the ability to write high-performance, secure, scalable, and maintainable code while applying Java best practices and performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile/Scrum methodologies, including GitLab CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control systems, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Experience translating architectural designs, technical specifications, and business requirements into high-quality application code using appropriate software design patterns and development best practices.
  • Experience identifying, analyzing, and reducing technical debt through code refactoring, continuous code quality improvements, and the use of tools such as SonarQube and other static code analysis solutions.
  • Experience implementing secure authentication and authorization solutions using OAuth, SAML, and Active Directory (AD) to support enterprise security requirements.
  • Experience developing, automating, and maintaining unit, integration, and functional tests using testing frameworks such as JUnit and Selenium, including troubleshooting failed tests and resolving application defects.
  • Experience re-platforming and migrating enterprise Java applications from Apache Tomcat to OpenShift, including deployment modernization, containerization, and platform optimization.
