Requirements

1. 84 months leading teams of 5-10 staff to deliver solutions using agile methodologies and leading development sprints and mentoring and coaching developers and fostering a culture of code quality, including conducting effective code reviews 2. 84 months experience in Java, Spring, Spring Security, and JPA/Hibernate writing high-performance, maintainable, and secure code, including language internals, performance characteristics, and best practices. 3. 84 months of experience in SDLC and tools to include Agile/Scrum methodologies, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and testing frameworks. 4. 84 months of experience translating architectural decisions and architectural and business requirement documentation into code using design patterns where appropriate. 5. 84 months of experience proactively identifying and addressing technical debt within the codebase, leading refactoring efforts to improve code quality and maintainability and using tools such as SonarQube, and code quality scanning. 6. 84 months experience implementing authentication/authorization using Oauth, SAML and AD. 7. 84 months of experience writing and automating tests with frameworks such as JUnit or Selenium, to enforce and troubleshooting failed tests, issues, and errors. 8. 84 months of experience with re-platforming applications from TomCat to Openshift Required Documentation R sum
