- Asset Tracking & Inventory: Responsibly maintain the online internal Asset Report system, ensuring hardware statuses, serial codes, and assignments are updated in real-time.
- Workspace & AV Upkeep: Maintain local office tech hygiene, including conference room Zoom/Teams setups, peripheral cabling, printer maintenance, and network hardware monitoring.
- Cross-Border Coordination: Deliver clear, documented session logs and technical updates to the remote IT Manager in Hong Kong, and coordinate closely with the NY Office Manager regarding physical office adjustments and device logistics.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will combine a solid foundation in desktop hardware support with excellent communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with both our local Office Manager and our remote global IT team., * Operating Systems: Advanced proficiency in configuring, updating, and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 environments; basic knowledge of macOS is a plus.
- Identity & Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience navigating Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Microsoft Intune (MDM environments), and Google Workspace administration.
- Mail Client Ecosystems: Deep understanding of Microsoft Outlook profile architectures and experience implementing mail synchronization bridges (e.g., GWSMO).
- Hardware Aptitude: Strong background diagnosing and fixing enterprise-grade laptops (specifically Dell XPS and Lenovo ThinkPad lines), docking stations, and commercial network printers.
- Process-Driven Mindset: High capacity to strictly follow detailed, multi-step technical manuals and checklists without deviating from defined security baselines.

- Relevant foundational certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified Fundamentals).
- Experience utilizing encrypted password vaults (e.g., 1Password) and centralized knowledge databases.
