Job description

Agriculture Federal Credit Union (AgFed) is seeking a customer-focused Systems Analyst to support and enhance the technology solutions that power our organization. This role is responsible for the administration, support, configuration, and maintenance of business applications and core systems used throughout the credit union.

The Systems Analyst serves as a liaison between business units, technology vendors, and end users to ensure systems operate efficiently, securely, and effectively.

Essential Responsibilities

· Provide support for Credit Union core system and business applications.

· Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, serving as a second-level support resource.

· Lead and participate in application testing, UATs and end-user training.

· Coordinate application upgrades, patches, maintenance, and releases.

· Partner with software vendors to resolve issues and manage all IT-related vendors.

· Analyze business processes and streamline to automate processes.

· Follow change management procedures and maintain system documentation.

· Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Provide occasional after-hours support as needed.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

· Experience with programming languages such as Python and PowerShell is a must.

· Experience supporting business applications, enterprise systems, or financial institution technology preferred.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to streamline and automate daily/monthly processes.

· Experience in project management.

· Knowledge of change management, testing, and documentation practices.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
