IT Technician

• Associate Degree in Computer Science required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• CompTIA A+ certification required.

• Experience in computer hardware and software troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of software installation, system updates, and technical problem resolution.

• Experience supporting computer and telecommunication systems.

• Ability to provide end-user technical support and user training.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to travel using a personal vehicle for onsite support., * Must be comfortable for driving with own vehicle.
• Must be Flexible to work various shifts, including occasional weekends as needed.
• Must have 1 to 2 years of experience as an IT Tech

License/Certification:

• CompTIA Certification (Required)

$25.15 - $32.55 an hour - Contract
