Java Developer (multiple positions)

1. Design, develop, maintain, and deploy Java-based applications throughout the full software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, and production deployment.

2. Develop and maintain enterprise applications by integrating backend components, APIs, and libraries to support business-critical processing and system integration.

3. Design, develop, and support distributed applications with a focus on performance, scalability, reliability, and optimization using multithreading, caching, and concurrency control techniques.

4. Review and improve platform architecture to enhance performance, maintainability, system stability, and reduce technical debt.

5. Provide technical support for applications, troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensure production stability, and assist with verification of deliverables during deployment.

6. Collaborate with IT teams, business users, and technical partners to support ongoing enhancements, system integration, and operational requirements.

7. Ensure software quality and stability by performing unit and integration testing, validating deliverables, and assisting with production deployment and system monitoring.

REQUIREMENTS: The employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

RATE OF PAY: $189,592 to $195K per year

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any another type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
