IT Support Consultant

• Communicate effectively with clients, teammates, and management
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
• Record and submit time worked on each task to aided in proper billing to clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with workstations, servers, and peripherals.
• Install and configure Microsoft 365, desktops, laptops, servers.
• Create documentation for clients and internal use.
• Monitor service calls and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage short-term projects.

• Ability to show personal initiative
• Experience with Microsoft Windows 11 environments, Office Applications
• Microsoft Windows Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Logging of all time in ticket system
• Personal car with insurance

Pluses:

• Help desk experience
• Active Microsoft certifications (MCP)
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Experience with Kaseya / Datto products, * Enjoy hands-on technical work
• Have personal initiative to seek solutions for problems
• Are comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Are open to improve you own communication skills
• Are driven to learn and grow your technical expertise
• Are comfortable working on-site at client locations in the Greater Philadelphia Area, * High school or equivalent (Required)
