Cisco UC Engineer - CUCM (Charleston AFB, SC)

Huel Technology is seeking an experienced Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Engineer to support a long-term government contract at Charleston Air Force Base, SC. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting mission-critical voice and unified communications infrastructure., * Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco CUCM environments

• Support voice/UC infrastructure including gateways, voicemail (Unity), and call routing
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and configuration changes
• Troubleshoot call quality, connectivity, and integration issues
• Document system configurations and maintain compliance with government IT standards
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and internal teams on ongoing support needs

• Proven hands-on experience administering Cisco CUCM in an enterprise environment
• Familiarity with Cisco Unity, Cisco voice gateways, and related UC infrastructure
• Ability to work on-site at Charleston AFB, SC
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a government security clearance or favorable background investigation (U.S. Citizenship required)
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP Collaboration) a plus, * This position is 100% on-site at Charleston AFB, SC with no remote or hybrid work option. Are you able and willing to work on-site full-time at this location?
