UC Network Engineer

The selected Unified Communications Engineer will support enterprise-grade voice, video, and networked communication systems. Responsibilities include:

1. Network Architecture & Physical Design Develop and implement the physical design and architecture of: -LANs -WANs -VoIP networks

2. Unified Communications Engineering -Assist and lead the design and implementation of Cisco Unified Communications products. -Support software upgrades and enhancements for existing Cisco voice deployments.

3. UC Systems Deployment & Optimization -Deploy, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize enterprise: -IP telephony -Voice solutions -Video collaboration -Mobility solutions

4. Operational Support -Provide senior-level support for day-to-day UC system operation. -Partner with engineering teams to solve complex voice/video issues. -Maintain system stability, availability, and performance.

2.Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) - strong hands-on experience (critical requirement). -Broad experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting:

1. Cisco UC Suite (CUCM, Unity, Expressway, CMS, etc.) -Voice gateways, SIP, QoS -Enterprise VoIP

2. Strong understanding of IP networking fundamentals. Secondary Skills - Nice to Haves, uc cisco voice, Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) - strong hands-on experience (critical requirement). Broad experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting:

Cisco UC Suite (CUCM, Unity, Expressway, CMS, etc.) Voice gateways, SIP, QoS Enterprise VoIP

Strong understanding of IP networking fundamentals., Senior-level role 7+ years of Unified Communications experience Must have strong Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) experience

Target pay range: $180K-$225K, but the team is open to reviewing candidates up to $250K.
