Aquarius AI Solutions is looking for a part-time AI automation specialist to help build customer capture systems for local businesses. We help companies capture leads, respond faster, automate follow-up, and book more customers using chatbots, CRM workflows, missed-call text-back, booking calendars, and social media messaging automation.Responsibilities

• Connect forms, calendars, and lead notifications

• Help create reusable templates for clients

We are looking for a real AI automation builder, not just someone who uses ChatGPT.

This role is for someone who can build working systems for small businesses using tools like GoHighLevel, Manychat, Zapier, Make, Tidio, Chatbase, Voiceflow, Botpress, or similar platforms.

Our clients may include plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, roofers, med spas, dentists, law firms, real estate agents, auto shops, and local service businesses.

The goal is simple: build systems that help businesses stop losing customers from missed calls, slow replies, unanswered website messages, and weak follow-up.

Responsibilities

You will help build client systems that may include:

• AI website chatbots
• Lead capture forms
• Missed-call text-back automations
• CRM pipelines
• Automated SMS/email follow-up
• Booking calendar setup
• New lead notifications
• Facebook/Instagram message automation
• Review request automations
• Lead reactivation campaigns
• Simple AI workflows for local businesses
• Reusable templates for different industries

You must be able to build systems that actually work, test them, and explain them clearly.
