AI Automation Specialist | GHL + n8n + AI Systems

Automation & Systems

• Build and manage workflows in n8n and GHL
• Create automations for lead follow-up, notifications, task management, and internal operations
• Maintain CRM organization, pipelines, tags, and triggers
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation improvements
• Assist with onboarding systems and SOP documentation

AI & Operational Support

• Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools for research, content, summaries, and task execution
• Support project management and cross-team coordination
• Help organize company processes and optimize workflows

Communication & Admin

• Handle client and lead follow-up via email, SMS, and CRM
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars
• Organize files, databases, and internal systems
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication across departments

This is not an admin role - we want a systems thinker who understands workflows, problem-solving, and operational efficiency at a deep level.

The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, communicates clearly in English, and can take initiative without constant supervision., * Availability during PST (California) business hours

• Located in the Philippines or Latin America
• Active use of time tracker during working hours
• 1+ year hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL)
• Proven experience building automations in n8n (or similar platforms like Make/Zapier, with willingness to master n8n)
• Daily working experience with ChatGPT and Claude
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment, * Experience working with agencies, startups, or real estate businesses
• Experience documenting SOPs and internal systems
• Basic marketing or social media support experience
• Experience supporting multiple brands or teams simultaneously
• Experience building AI agents, Claude Projects, or custom GPTs (not just using ChatGPT)

Compensation

Based on experience and demonstrated skill. Performance-based increases as you prove ownership and impact. This is a long-term opportunity with real room to grow as our automation service line scales.
