Lead Cloud Engineer

This is not a DevOps role. We are looking for a strong software engineer with deep AWS development experience who can lead technical decisions, perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and serve as the technical expert across multiple applications., * Design, develop, and support enterprise-scale applications using modern cloud technologies

• Build and enhance cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services
• Serve as a technical lead and mentor for a team of approximately 10 developers
• Provide architecture guidance, code reviews, and technical direction
• Estimate development efforts for new business initiatives
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive technical solutions
• Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Proven experience building and supporting production applications in AWS
• Strong knowledge of AWS services including:
• Lambda
• API Gateway
• S3
• DynamoDB
• RDS
• Experience serving as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Senior Engineer
• Ability to mentor developers while remaining hands-on with coding
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting legacy applications built with .NET (helpful but not required)
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and modern software delivery practices
