Job description

Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across multiple enterprise cloud applications. This role combines hands-on software development with technical leadership responsibilities and will serve as a key resource for engineering teams delivering modern AWS-based solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead technical design and implementation efforts.
Provide mentorship and guidance to software engineers.
Develop and enhance enterprise applications.
Collaborate with architects on solution implementation.
Review requirements and estimate development effort.
Troubleshoot technical issues and support development teams.
Participate in new project planning and execution.

Requirements

8-10+ years of fullstack software engineering experience

Experience building applications (React/NodeJS) and deploying them in AWS
Experience building applications in AWS with cloud native technologies
Extensive AWS cloud experience including: AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon S3, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon RDS, AWS CDK, AWS SAM
Experience as a technical lead/ability to guide junior engineers
Strong communication and collaboration skills - .NET experience to be able to support existing legacy apps
