IT Support Specialist

• Provide technical support for business software and end users across the office and field.

This role combines technical support with software development, system integration, process automation, and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency across both office and field operations. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who has coding skills, exploring emerging AI technologies, and developing innovative solutions that help our teams work smarter, streamline workflows, and improve productivity., * Experience with programming languages such as Excel queries, Python, C#, JavaScript, SQL, or PowerShell.

• Knowledge of AI tools, automation, and business process optimization.
• Patient, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
• Comfortable supporting a range of technical skill levels
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Programming and coding experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Experience with programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, SQL, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of AI tools, automation, and business process optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and business software applications.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Adobe Acrobat
• Dropbox and Sharepoint
• Familiarity with Bluebeam and Procore is a plus
