Job description

Apex Mechanical is seeking a dependable and hands-on IT Support Specialist. This role focuses on keeping both office and field staff up and running by resolving day-to-day technology issues and supporting IT needs across the company. Be part of a team that supports the technology behind our projects and keeps our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities

Spend the majority of time troubleshooting hardware and software issues for office and field employees
Provide support for computers, mobile devices, and job site technology
Assist with general IT tasks and department needs as they arise
Communicate clearly with users of all technical skill levels Work Environment This is an active role requiring time on your feet assisting employees, along with desk-based work.

Requirements

Patient, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
Comfortable supporting a range of technical skill levels
Strong troubleshooting skills

Technical Skills

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Adobe Acrobat
Dropbox and Sharepoint
Familiarity with Bluebeam and Procore is a plus
Working knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, iOS/Apple, and Android devices Programming experience preferred
