Job description

The Inbound/Outbound Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing daily logistics operations, including inbound warehouse activities and outbound deliveries to project sites. This role works closely with 3PL warehouse providers to ensure efficient inventory management, material storage, and transportation while maintaining accurate data in WMS and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of logistics or vendor management experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers. Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, construction materials, or 3PL warehouse operations is preferred., * Coordinate and execute the daily inbound and outbound logistics flow, from local 3PL warehousing (Inbound) to final site delivery (Outbound).

  • Guide 3PL warehouse partners to optimize storage layouts and efficiently consolidate materials, maximizing available warehouse space.
  • Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management System) and internal ERP systems to execute inbound warehousing processes and perform accurate data entry.
  • Audit the 3PL warehouse provider to ensure strict compliance with part identification labeling (Part#) and storage location guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 2~3 years of Vendor Management or logistics experience
  • Experience in the semiconductor Fab or construction piping materials industry preferred.
  • Experience in controlling 3PL warehouse activities and auditing 3PL providers preferred.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and standard ERP platforms (e.g., SAP) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to independently resolve vendor claims and site logistical issues.
  • Fluency in English is required (Korean proficiency is preferred to facilitate communication with the corporate headquarters).
