Job description
- Create clear, polished reports and presentations in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint that comply with company templates and brand standards
- Research and conduct quantitative and qualitative business, financial, and demographic analysis, documenting actions and communicating findings clearly to internal and external audiences
- Represent CUCollaborate cultural values and brand in oral and written communication with clients and industry leaders
- Write clear, concise content to support Client applications to federal and state regulators
- Provide recommendations to improve internal workflow and business practices, client services and software products
- Work effectively within a team structure to ensure any process and project issues are communicated in clear and timely manner
- Manage multiple projects, clients, and competing priorities while meeting deadlines and quality standards Requirements
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
- Attends company meetings, as requested
- Ensures compliance with all internal and external compliance regulations and complies with all company policies
Requirements
- High EQ with demonstrated experience guiding stakeholders in decision making and written and oral communications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment, * BA in business, accounting, finance, business, economics or related area of study
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in consulting or similar role
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and project management software in a business setting
- Experience working with credit unions and/or the financial services industry a plus
