Requirements

  • High EQ with demonstrated experience guiding stakeholders in decision making and written and oral communications
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment, * Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, communication or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting or similar role
  • 1- 2 years of experience retaining clients and growing account value through cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and project management software
  • Experience working with credit unions and/or the financial services industry
  • Background in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration
