This position is an integral part of our HR team, playing a crucial role in analyzing and maintaining our HR data, systems, and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and optimization of our Workday HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, and providing HR analytics and reporting solutions to support our strategic business decisions., As a Permanent Workday HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and optimizing our Workday HRIS system, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of all HR data.
- Developing and implementing HR analytics and reporting solutions to support strategic business decisions.
- Collaborating with HR and business leaders to understand their data needs and providing them with insights and recommendations based on your analysis.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other business systems.
- Continuously improving our HR processes and systems, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
- Providing training and support to HR and business users on the use of Workday and HR data.
- Keeping abreast of the latest developments in HR analytics and Workday, and leveraging these to drive improvements in our HR systems and processes.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst, with a focus on Workday.
- Strong experience in HR reporting and analytics, with the ability to translate HR data into actionable business insights.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing Workday HRIS systems, including configuration, security, and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a proven track record in process optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on data quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is preferred.
