You’ll play a key role in supporting and optimizing the organization’s Workday environment, with a strong emphasis on configuration, business process enhancements, Learning module administration, and end-user support.
This is a highly collaborative position offering strong visibility across the organization, exposure to enterprise-scale HR technology initiatives, and excellent long-term growth potential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday functionality across HR-related modules
- Serve as a primary resource for Workday Learning administration and configuration
- Support business process improvements and system optimization initiatives
- Create and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Participate in system testing, upgrades, releases, and enhancement projects
- Troubleshoot complex Workday issues and provide functional support to internal stakeholders
- Partner with HR, Operations, and business leaders to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across HR systems
- Assist with documentation, training, and user adoption efforts
- Participate in a rotating support schedule to assist with escalated system inquiries
Requirements
- 3+ years of HRIS, HR Technology, HR Systems, or related experience
- Hands-on Workday configuration experience required
- Experience supporting Workday Learning, Talent, or HCM modules strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes, configuration, and security concepts
- Experience building calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
- Experience supporting large employee populations and multi-location organizations is a plus
- Experience with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, BIRT, or Studio preferred
- Prior experience supporting enterprise-level HR technology environments
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per year, * Competitive compensation package + annual bonus opportunity
