Job description

Role Overview: As a Senior Data Analyst at Scaled Health, you will play a key role in driving data strategies and solutions that support critical healthcare initiatives. This role is responsible for advanced data analysis, design, build and maintain reporting and analytic solutions using EPIC’s Cogito suite (Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Radar). This role supports data-driven decision-making by delivering accurate, actionable insights to clinical, operational and financial stakeholders., * Develop, optimize, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts within Epic Cogito tools.

  • Build and tune SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for custom analytics.
  • PowerBI reporting
  • Maintain Clarity and Caboodle data models and participate in ETL workflows.
  • Collaborate with business users to translate needs into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance and privacy standards.
  • Support and train report consumers; document specifications and maintain version control.
  • Partner with analytics and data teams to align reporting with enterprise goals.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Certified: EPIC Clarity required. Additional EPIC module certifications preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Business Intelligence, data analytics or SQL development. Minimum of 3 years EPIC Cogito tools (Clarity, Caboodle, or similar)
  • Skills: Strong SQL skills, experience and understanding of healthcare data and EPIC workflows, data visualization experience (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and excellent communication abilities.

  • Self-Motivated: Must be ambitious flexible, and self-sufficient.
