Job description

DeltaStrac LLC is seeking a remote Technical Program Support / System Administrator to support Air Force Medical Command (AFMEDCOM) medical logistics operations at Fort Detrick, Maryland, with responsibility for overseas medical logistics support requirements.

The OCONUS Technical Program Support / System Administrator provides remote technical, operational, and end-user support to Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) locations throughout Korea, Japan, Germany, and the Middle East. The position requires demonstrated expertise with DMLSS and LogiCole systems, strong medical logistics experience, and the ability to operate effectively across international time zones.

The position serves as a technical liaison supporting overseas users, enterprise teams, and AFMEDCOM leadership by providing system administration, troubleshooting, reporting, training, and operational continuity support.

OCONUS Hub #3 - International Operations

Host Installations Supported:

  • Gimhae, Republic of Korea
  • Daegu, Republic of Korea
  • Kadena Air Base, Japan
  • Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea
  • Ramstein Air Base, Germany
  • Yokota Air Base, Japan, * Provide remote technical program support and system administration for OCONUS AFMS medical logistics operations.
  • Support AFMEDCOM requirements through remote enterprise-level assistance.
  • Provide Tier I/II help desk support for overseas DMLSS and LogiCole users.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, application errors, user access problems, and operational challenges.
  • Provide DMLSS legacy and LogiCole AIS support across international locations.
  • Assist overseas users with medical logistics operations, reporting requirements, and system functionality.
  • Support AF DMLSS financial management interfaces.
  • Develop and analyze BCS and R&A reports.
  • Provide remote training and technical assistance to geographically dispersed users.
  • Support WRM assemblage management requirements.
  • Provide support associated with DLA-TS Prime Vendor programs.
  • Coordinate with AFMEDCOM, DeltaStrac LLC leadership, CONUS technical personnel, and overseas site representatives.
  • Support communications and issue resolution across Korea, Japan, Germany, and Middle East time zones.
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, training, and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four (4) years of Air Force medical logistics experience.
  • All four years must include hands-on DMLSS AIS experience.
  • Working knowledge of:
  • DMLSS legacy system
  • LogiCole AIS
  • AF DMLSS financial interfaces
  • BCS and R&A reporting
  • WRM assemblage management
  • DLA-TS Prime Vendor programs
  • Experience providing DMLSS/LogiCole end-user support and training.
  • General computer systems knowledge and system administration experience.
  • Ability to provide effective remote support across multiple international time zones.

Additional OCONUS Qualifications

  • Experience supporting overseas AFMS medical logistics operations preferred.
  • Prior OCONUS assignment or contractor support experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting locations in:
  • Korea
  • Japan
  • Germany
  • Middle East regions
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with international users and leadership.
  • Understanding of OCONUS AFMS operational requirements.
