- Follow established procedures, standardized processes, and detailed instructions to complete assigned system-support tasks.
- Review and process standardized source documents that have been coded and require minimal selecting, coding, or interpretation of data.
- Complete structured data entry, validation, record maintenance, and information processing tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support user access management by processing routine access requests in accordance with established procedures and supervisory guidance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user help requests by documenting issues and routing or escalating matters as needed.
- Identify incorrect items, codes, missing information, or other discrepancies and refer them to supervisory personnel for resolution.
- Assist with generating custom queries from product source data to support organizational metrics and reporting requirements.
- Protect sensitive information and comply with applicable security, privacy, and program procedures.
Requirements
SR is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst III to support a Department of Defense robotics and autonomous systems program in Selfridge, MI. This entry-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented candidate who can follow established procedures, support user access and help request processes, and assist with accurate data processing and reporting activities., * High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience required; this is an entry-level position.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with computer systems and common software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately transfer information from source documents into required systems or reports.
- Ability to follow specific procedures, detailed instructions, and supervisory guidance.
- Ability to complete recurring operational support tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ability to recognize discrepancies, missing information, or access-related issues and escalate them appropriately.
- Qualified applicants must be able to pass a background check.
- Government contracting experience preferred but not required.
- Active Secret clearance required.
