UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a passionate and talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work directly with our Design Lead on impactful products used by over 20,000 doctors and millions of patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing for healthcare applications across multiple platforms including web, iOS, and Android. As a key member of our small, agile team, you will have the chance to take ownership of your projects from concept to implementation, ensuring that user needs and business goals are met with innovative design solutions. You will participate in the entire design process, from creating wireframes and prototypes to collaborating with engineers during development. Your work will directly influence the usability and effectiveness of our products, ultimately impacting the quality of healthcare services delivered to users. This role is ideal for a self-motivated designer eager to grow rapidly and make meaningful, * Design and develop UI/UX for web, iOS, and Android platforms, ensuring a cohesive cross-platform experience.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with the Design Lead to refine design approaches and improve skills.
• Work with engineering teams to implement designs, providing support and adjustments as needed.
• Participate in user research sessions by observing real doctors and patients interacting with the products.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company’s design system to promote scalable and consistent design language.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate innovative design solutions.
• Communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders and team members, ensuring alignment and understanding.

• A portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work, including process work and case studies (required). Include a link when applying.
• 2-4 years of experience designing digital products.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Understanding of UX fundamentals such as wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
• Strong UI skills including layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to inform design feasibility.
• Excellent communication skills and openness to receiving and giving feedback.
• Self-directed, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Interest in healthcare is a plus; experience not required, curiosity is appreciated.
