Senior User Experience Designer

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who lives and breathes user-centered design. You’ll own the end-to-end design experience across our mobile and web platforms, turning complex problems into intuitive, elegant solutions that delight users and drive impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling experiences for our mobile and web applications
• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into thoughtful design solutions
• Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Champion design best practices and the latest UI/UX trends across the team

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web app design work
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Solid understanding of design systems, interaction design, and visual design principles
• Well-versed in the latest UI trends, modern design patterns, and accessibility standards
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting pixel-perfect experiences

Good to Have

• Experience designing for the medical or healthcare domain
• Familiarity with micro-interactions and advance Figma prototyping
• Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS) to collaborate effectively with developers
