Genesys is seeking a highly experienced Principal Solutions Architect to lead enterprise architecture initiatives supporting cloud transformation, cybersecurity modernization, AI adoption, identity security, and enterprise technology strategy. This role partners with engineering, security, product, risk, and executive leadership to design scalable, secure, and resilient technology platforms that enable business innovation. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across AWS, Azure, enterprise security, cloud architecture, infrastructure modernization, data protection, identity governance, and enterprise architecture frameworks. Q1: Have the candidate architected and deployed Zero Trust security models across production AWS and Azure hybrid cloud environments? Q2: Do the candidate have hands-on experience designing and integrating Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), SIEM, and Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions alongside enterprise platforms like CyberArk or SailPoint? Q3: Do the candidate have experience in authorising full High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) technical documentation to lead enterprise-wide cloud modernization or security programs?, * 12+ years of Enterprise IT experience. * Expertise in cloud-native security patterns (e.g., zero trust, or micro-segmentation). * Experience of cloud security services (IAM, SIEM, CSPM). * Hands-on expertise with AWS and Azure. * Experience in developing high-level designs (HLD), low-level Designs (LLD). * Experience designing hybrid cloud environments. * Experience leading enterprise architecture programs. * Experience designing enterprise cloud solutions. * Strong background in cybersecurity architecture. * Strong executive communication skills., Preferred Qualifications: Experience with: * CyberArk * Microsoft Security * CrowdStrike * SailPoint
