Job description

LeadAdvisors is engaging an Independent Contractor - Website Administrator / Webmaster to keep our sites running fast, secure, and error-free.

This contractor assignment owns day-to-day website operations across our platforms (WordPress/cPanel, Webflow, Framer, Wix, HubSpot CMS), executes content and SEO hygiene updates based on written instructions and SOPs, and maintains clean documentation and change logs.

Scope of Services:

  • Manage and maintain company websites across WordPress (cPanel/hosting), Webflow, Framer, Wix, and HubSpot CMS.
  • Handle hosting, DNS, SSL, backups, plugin/theme updates, and security patches.
  • Monitor uptime, page speed, and performance; escalate and resolve issues quickly.
  • Execute content, layout, and on-page SEO updates per written instructions and SOPs.
  • Troubleshoot broken pages, forms, redirects, tracking, and integrations.
  • Maintain documentation for every change made - what, when, why.
  • QA every update before publishing (links, mobile, forms, tracking, load speed).
  • Coordinate with content, design, and marketing on site requests and rollouts.Keep a clean change log and follow naming, file, and versioning conventions.
  • Flag risks early (security, broken UX, downtime risk) with a recommended next step.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal English.
  • Proven experience managing live websites (maintenance/operations, not only one-time builds).
  • Hands-on with WordPress + cPanel/hosting (plugins, themes, backups, migrations).
  • Working knowledge of at least one of: Webflow, Framer, Wix, or HubSpot CMS.
  • Comfortable with DNS, SSL, hosting dashboards, and basic server tasks.
  • Sharp attention to detail and disciplined execution against docs/SOPs.
  • Reliable and accountable; consistent with agreed availability and deliverables.

Nice to Have

  • Basic HTML/CSS for quick fixes (not full development scope).
  • Familiarity with GA4, Search Console, and technical SEO hygiene.
  • Experience with task/project tools (Notion, ClickUp, Asana).
