Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Cerner Millennium Delivery Manager to lead AMS support, ITIL-based operations, and program delivery for large US healthcare environments. This is an onsite position based in Dallas, TX for a candidate with proven experience in Oracle Cerner Millennium Suite, Registration, Admission Discharge Transfer ADT, Charge Services, Patient Accounting, FirstNet, CareAware, Nursing, PathNet, RadNet, Pharmacy, Core Security, Access Management, Roles, Audits, Application Management Services AMS, ITIL Version 3, ITIL Version 4, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, P1 and P2 Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis, SLA Tracking, Service Level Objectives, Reporting, Knowledge Management, Service Improvement, On Call Support Models, Program Management, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, AI Force, AI Foundry, Python, R, Security Compliance, Client Governance, Vendor Management, Multi Partner Management, Capacity Management, Commercial Management, and Contract Management. No subcontracting is permitted on this position. Candidates must be willing to work directly on our payroll.
