At Tonic3, we’re searching for a User Experience Designer to join our team and be part of an integrated in-house agency, where Tonic3 creatives collaborate with client partners to deliver exceptional work. This is a chance to make a real impact - your designs will be seen by audiences across the country, shaping how thousands of people interact with a leading Fortune 500 brand., * Design user-friendly digital assets, including websites, landing pages, and interactive elements.
- Partner with other creative team members to ensure designs enhance the user journey.
- Apply accessibility and usability best practices to all design work.
- Adapt visuals for different audiences, platforms, and environments.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and at a high standard.
- Explore new design trends, tools, and techniques to elevate user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional design experience with a focus on UX/UI and digital design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Skilled at creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
- Able to translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive design solutions.
- Collaborative and confident in presenting design decisions to stakeholders.
- Comfortable iterating based on feedback, user testing, and data insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong layout, typography, and visual design skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Naturally curious and eager to stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
- Must have agency experience.
- An online portfolio or portfolio website showcasing UX/UI design work and digital marketing materials is required.
