Oracle Fusion Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Functional Consultant to join a global ERP transformation initiative. This role will support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including Oracle CPQ, Order Management, and Subscription Management.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion implementation projects, with a focus on pricing, quoting, and subscription lifecycle processes. This is a high-visibility role requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders., * Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and optimize Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Oracle Order Management, and Subscription Management modules.
• Support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process flows, ensuring seamless integration between sales, pricing, order, and billing functions.
• Participate in Oracle Fusion ERP transformation initiatives and contribute to system enhancements and deployments.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including functional designs, process flows, and user guides.
• Collaborate with technical teams, testers, and third-party partners during testing and deployment phases.
• Ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives and best practices.

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise in at least one or more of the following modules:
• Oracle CPQ
• Oracle Order Management
• Oracle Subscription Management
• Oracle Pricing / Quote-to-Cash processes
• Proven experience in end-to-end Quote-to-Cash implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and enterprise system integrations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills., * Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Prior involvement in global ERP transformation programs.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies, subscription models, and revenue processes.
• Oracle certifications in relevant modules (a plus).
