Job description

The Acumatica Production User is responsible for entering, reviewing, and maintaining accurate production and inventory transactions within Acumatica ERP. This role ensures that materials, labor, and work order data are properly recorded, helps identify and resolve discrepancies, and supports smooth production flow and inventory accuracy., * Record daily material and labor transactions in Acumatica for assigned work centers or departments.

  • Review and verify work orders, ensuring all production moves, materials, and labor are accurately posted.
  • Monitor inventory transactions materials and movements (issues, receipts, transfers) and confirm that materials are being issued correctly.
  • Identify and report missing or incorrect transactions, discrepancies between system data and physical inventory, or errors in work order processing.
  • Assist in troubleshooting transaction errors and collaborate with supervisors or the ERP team to correct them.
  • Review inventory availability for production and notify the appropriate team if materials are short or misallocated.
  • Maintain accurate records of WIP (Work in Process) and finished goods in Acumatica.
  • Support cycle counts and reconciliation activities as needed.
  • Follow company procedures to ensure all transactions are timely, accurate, and compliant with internal controls.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Basic understanding of production processes and inventory control.
  • Experience with Acumatica ERP or other ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in coordination with production and inventory teams.

  • Acumatica ERP (Production Orders, Inventory, and Transactions modules)
  • Data entry and transaction review
  • Problem identification and issue tracking
  • Basic Google Sheets and MS Excel to show reporting skills
  • Knowledge of manufacturing workflow and inventory terms (issues, transfers, WIP)

Job Type: Full-time, * Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)
