Electrophysiology Tech

We are seeking an experienced Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist to join a high-performing Electrophysiology Lab in Lancaster, PA. This role is ideal for a skilled EP professional with experience assisting in a variety of diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures while working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no on-call responsibilities, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures.
• Prepare the EP lab, equipment, and supplies prior to each procedure.
• Operate and monitor specialized electrophysiology equipment throughout procedures.
• Maintain a sterile field and adhere to infection prevention protocols.
• Support advanced cardiac rhythm management procedures, including device implantation and ablations.
• Monitor patient status during procedures and communicate changes to the clinical team.
• Document procedural information accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EP equipment.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrophysiology Technologist.
• Experience assisting with a broad range of electrophysiology procedures, including:

• Generator (Device) Implants
• Left Bundle Branch Pacing
• Watchman Procedures
• Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA)
• Leadless Pacemaker Implantation
• Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, electrophysiology procedures, and sterile technique.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced procedural environment.
