Job description

We are seeking a Lead Engineer with strong experience in Cloud Modernization, Platform Engineering, and AI-Driven Software Delivery. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale cloud-native application development and modernization initiatives while driving AI adoption across the SDLC using modern engineering practices and cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud-native engineering projects.
Drive application modernization across .NET, Java, and Python platforms.
Design scalable cloud architectures using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Implement CI/CD, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, and observability best practices.
Build and deploy containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
Drive AI-enabled engineering using LLMs, RAG, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar tools.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

10 14 years of software engineering experience.
Proven experience leading multiple cloud modernization or platform engineering projects.
Strong hands-on expertise in .NET, Java, or Python.
Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
Practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and AI-assisted software development.
Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in digital transformation or cloud migration initiatives.
Knowledge of multi-agent AI workflows.
Consulting or client delivery experience.
