Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

STAFFXPERT is seeking a 5+ years experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to enhance production reliability, automate operational processes, and improve observability for mission-critical applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, DevOps, and CI/CD automation, with experience implementing SLOs, self-healing solutions, and production support automation., * Automate production support workflows and recurring operational tasks.

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
• Improve reliability through SLOs, error budgets, monitoring, and observability.
• Build runbooks, self-service capabilities, and automated remediation workflows.
• Implement self-healing, optimize alerting (e.g., Moogsoft), and reduce incident recurrence.
