Pega Systems Expert

• Transcribe functional needs into technical solutions and specifications for development, certification and productive release in PEGA Systems.
• Apply Santander IT strategies and patterns to deliver secure, reliable, sustainable and effective solutions.
• Develop solutions for complex issues, providing developers with high-quality, reusable and well-documented assets across projects.
• Analyze and develop required specifications, deliver services and technical components, and plan integration with other teams and systems.
• Design and develop data models per specifications.
• Document solutions using Group Santander tools.
• Certify delivery and integration, design and perform relevant tests to ensure quality.

• Overall professional IT experience of about 6 years.
• At least 4 years of experience on Pega Systems solutions at N2 - SSA Senior System Architect or N3 - Lead System Architect level.
• Strong technical skills; ability to act as a senior process developer and reference for colleagues.
• PEGA - at least N2 or N3.
• Database design/SQL.
• Git/Github.
• Jenkins/Cloudbees.
• Agile Methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and oral)., * International experience.
• Understanding or experience in financial services industry.
• Knowledge of BPM technologies such as Appian, Outsystems, TIBCO.
• Proven initiatives in technical communities, start-ups.
• Additional languages such as Portuguese, German., * Degree in engineering, technology sciences, mathematics, economics, physics, chemical or statistical studies.
• Specialization or solid experience in technology engineering subjects.
