Job description

Santander Global Technology is seeking a PEGA Systems Expert in our Boadilla del Monte office, Spain. You will translate complex business needs into PEGA-based solutions, ensuring secure, scalable deployments and tight integration with other Santander teams.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has 6+ years IT experience with 4+ years in PEGA systems at N2/N3 levels, plus strong SQL, Git, Jenkins, and Agile tooling. Fluency in English and Spanish is expected.
