As a Microsoft Modern Workplace Engineer, you will:

• Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace solutions to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient end-user computing environments.

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructure to provide secure remote access to enterprise applications and services.

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, authentication, authorization, and access security.

• Manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID for users and devices, including Group Policy Objects (GPOs), compliance policies, and identity management.

• Deploy, package, and manage enterprise applications across Windows and mobile platforms.

• Manage mobile devices using Microsoft Intune, ensuring device compliance, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), and endpoint security.

• Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes by managing user permissions and enforcing security policies.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workplace services while collaborating with infrastructure and security teams to ensure service reliability and compliance., * Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365, AVD, identity, and endpoint management issues.

• Ensure secure access to enterprise resources while maintaining compliance with organizational policies.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional infrastructure, security, and support teams.

• Continuously improve workplace services by adopting Microsoft best practices and modern management approaches.

• 4-6 years of experience in Microsoft Modern Workplace, End User Computing (EUC), or Microsoft 365 administration.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.

• Proficiency in Active Directory administration, Group Policy (GPO), identity management, and access control.

• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Mobile Application Management (MAM).

• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, endpoint security, and identity governance best practices.

• Experience managing Windows and iOS devices in enterprise environments.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

• Manage and support enterprise-scale Microsoft Modern Workplace environments.

• Configure and maintain secure Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure.

• Administer identities, devices, compliance policies, and endpoint security across Microsoft ecosystems.

• Deploy applications and manage device lifecycle using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
