Ensure Quality & Reliability

Guarantee the performance, scalability, and integrity of AI models across all deployments.

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities with business stakeholders.
• Define functional and technical requirements for AI solutions, starting with chatbot-focused initiatives.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams (Data, IT, Product, Business).
• Validate model performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Communicate progress and results effectively in both English and Spanish.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the Digital Innovation Hub and promote AI adoption across teams.

• Proven track record delivering AI/GenAI solutions with real business impact.
• Strong experience co-creating use cases with business teams.
• Solid technical foundation in Data Science/Engineering and a strategic mindset.
• Valuable expertise in NLP, including LLMs and chatbot development.
• Strong grounding in machine learning, statistical modeling, and applied mathematics (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps best practices.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Excellent “business translator” profile: comfortable engaging both senior executives and technical teams.
