Job description

  • Support Project Managers deliver complex tech change projects to Client’s largest Enterprise customers as well as working independently.
  • Develop and demonstrate deep domain expertise related to various enterprise environments, use cases, Client’s products and various offerings.
  • Become The CSS (Customer Success Services) Team’s Main Subject Matter Expert on ‘The Client’s Admin Console’, including licensing types and methods, deployment and packaging, Software versions, updates, approaches, Identity, Identity Types, Trusts and SSO.
  • Presenting and providing guidance to Enterprise customers, clarifying queries, and supporting issues.

  • Partner closely with customers and deliver the highest possible level of guidance and support “A white glove experience”. Includes the ability to identify and provide various viable options to customers being mindful of the risks, potential issues, and future proofing solutions.
  • Our engagements are not binary or “fast-food” fashion! We empathise with the different types of customers we work with, we learn and appreciate their challenges, we do not overload them with reams of text and links, although we do provide the right level of information, at the right time i.e., not just sending client’s helpX links via email.
  • Although, we expect you to have the tenacity to politely challenge customer requirements, requests, and expectations as/when needed.
  • Remote Working: As our team is situated across Europe, we communicate via MS Teams and calls. We also work with US-based colleagues where we attend calls which might occasionally stretch into the early evening.

Requirements

  • B.S. or above degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in an international Enterprise-level customer facing role, ideally in Enterprise Support or as a Technical Consultant.
  • Excellent level of both English and French.
  • Experience of working with Enterprise customers in both languages.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, ideally from an Enterprise Support role.
  • Comfortable presenting to customer teams via online video calls. Enterprise infrastructure solution architecture experience.
  • Good knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and SAML security standards with global identity providers including AADS, ADFS, GoogleID, OKTA, PING, Azure platform experience with related certifications.
