Duties

• Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of automotive electronic and mechanical systems using advanced tools and software.
• Provide technical support to team members and customers, enhancing their understanding of vehicle systems.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance activities using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for complex automotive challenges.
• Maintain organized records of all service activities, parts used, and customer interactions to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including cloud-based platforms like AWS and Azure, to improve diagnostic capabilities.

• Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
• Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to address client concerns professionally and promptly.
• Superior communication skills-both verbal and written-to facilitate clear instructions and detailed reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Azure for data management and remote diagnostics.
• Solid understanding of IT systems relevant to automotive diagnostics and telematics solutions.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Organizational skills necessary for maintaining detailed records of service activities and parts inventory.
• Fluency in English is required for clear communication across teams and with customers., * Master Technician: 2 years (required)
