- Perform non-destructive testing techniques such as ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), magnetic particle inspection (MPI), penetrant testing, and X-ray inspection to evaluate material integrity and detect flaws.
- Interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand assembly requirements and inspection points.
- Conduct quality control inspections using hand tools like calipers, micrometers, soldering equipment, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Utilize surface mount technology (SMT) equipment to test electronic assemblies for compliance with specifications.
- Collect and analyze data during testing procedures to identify defects or deviations from standards; document findings accurately.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards such as ASME codes during all testing activities.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot issues, improve testing procedures, and uphold quality assurance practices.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive testing and quality assurance procedures on a variety of manufacturing components and assemblies, ensuring they meet rigorous industry standards and safety protocols. Your expertise will help maintain the highest levels of product quality, reliability, and safety across our production processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge, technical testing skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence., * Proven experience in engineering testing or quality control within manufacturing environments, preferably involving aerospace or electronics sectors.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints effectively.
- Hands-on experience with non-destructive testing methods including ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing (RT), magnetic particle inspection (MPI), penetrant testing, and X-ray inspection techniques.
- Familiarity with surface mount technology (SMT) processes and equipment testing procedures.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools for data collection, reporting, and documentation purposes.
- Knowledge of ASME codes & standards related to equipment inspection and safety protocols adherence.
- Ability to operate hand tools, calipers, micrometers, soldering stations, and other precision measurement devices accurately.
- Mechanical blueprint interpretation skills combined with a keen eye for detail to ensure quality assurance across all projects.
