Test Engineer

• Perform non-destructive testing techniques such as ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), magnetic particle inspection (MPI), penetrant testing, and X-ray inspection to evaluate material integrity and detect flaws.
• Interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand assembly requirements and inspection points.
• Conduct quality control inspections using hand tools like calipers, micrometers, soldering equipment, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Utilize surface mount technology (SMT) equipment to test electronic assemblies for compliance with specifications.
• Collect and analyze data during testing procedures to identify defects or deviations from standards; document findings accurately.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards such as ASME codes during all testing activities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot issues, improve testing procedures, and uphold quality assurance practices.

• Familiarity with surface mount technology (SMT) processes and equipment testing procedures.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools for data collection, reporting, and documentation purposes.
• Knowledge of ASME codes & standards related to equipment inspection and safety protocols adherence.
• Ability to operate hand tools, calipers, micrometers, soldering stations, and other precision measurement devices accurately.
• Mechanical blueprint interpretation skills combined with a keen eye for detail to ensure quality assurance across all projects.
