Job description

Mayco Colors is seeking an organized and customer-focused IT Support & Project Coordinator to join our team. This role combines traditional IT help desk responsibilities with project coordination and PMO support activities. The ideal candidate will assist employees with technical issues, maintain IT systems and equipment, coordinate small technology projects, and support the management of the company’s technology roadmap and PMO Office., IT Support

  • Provide technical support for end users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Maintain asset inventory and documentation.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and managed service providers.
  • Assist with cybersecurity best practices and security awareness initiatives.
  • Document support procedures and knowledge base articles.

Project Management Office Support

  • Coordinate small IT and business projects from planning through completion.
  • Maintain project schedules, action items, risks, and status reports.
  • Update and monitor the technology project roadmap.
  • Facilitate project meetings and distribute meeting notes.
  • Track project deliverables and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Assist with implementation activities for new business systems and technologies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
  • Help develop and maintain project documentation, training materials, and process procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT help desk, desktop support, or technical support role.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting Windows workstations and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.

Preferred Skills

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field.
  • Experience with project coordination or project management activities.
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments.
  • Experience using Microsoft Planner, Project, Power BI, Power Query, or Power Platform tools.
